1. Component Parts of Meto Beer Brewing Equipment  

Meto beer equipment mainly includes six systems: mashing system, fermentation system, auxiliary system, filtration system, refrigeration system, power distribution and control system. The equipment is advanced in designing and manufacture and all process can realize semi-automatic.

2. Component parts of each system

    Mashing system : malt mill machine,

                                 mashing boiling tank,

                                  filtering lauter tun,

                                   board cooling machine,

                                   wort oxygenator,

                                  sheet yeast pitching device,

                                draining vapor system and equipment base. 

   Fermentation system  :fermentation tank,

                                      top tank components,

                                     equipment base and pipeline.    

Cooling system   Refrigeration system including refrigerator,evaporator, ice water,cold water tower, pipelines and valves that consist of the refrigeration unit, the general use of ammonia refrigeration compressor, respectively, for the water heat exchange and direct to fermentation, beer –chilling lower temperature tanks.

Control system  includs PLC semi-automatic system -Our technical personnels program according to the technology, so it can realize different process purposes.

3. Beer  sale  section :

Beer selling system includes transport tank, selling tank, refrigerator, beer counter, tap, wine column, ect.

The selling tank is mainly used for storage and sale of the finished beer, It mainly adopts
High-quality stainless and red copper. The tank is processed by plasma cutting and pure argon gas welding. The selling tank connects the refrigerator and single tank together to instantly cool the beer, which keeps the beer rich foams and fresh and mellow tasting, the transport tank, is used to transport beer from the fermentation tank or bright beer tank to the selling tank.
